THE PHANTOM METHOD
Different ranges require different structures. Phantom Wing Chun combines the mobility and striking range of boxing and JKD with the close range structure, angles and trapping techniques of Wing Chun.
We don’t remain in one stance or structure. We adapt, enter when the opportunity arises, strike, then assess from range if the opponent is not finished.
We emphasize the use of focus pad drills, sparring sessions, heavy bag and various modern training equipment to sharpen our skill set for actual combat.
NUNCHAKU
Phantom Wing Chun also believes in use of Nunchaku as a training weapon. Mastering the Nunchucks is an art in it’s own right.
